Crafted entirely within the borders of Australia, this Tasmanian Whisky Week special release celebrates a meeting of distinct terroirs.

Our single malt spirit, forged from 100% Tasmanian malted barley and pure northern river water, spent its full life maturing inside a 50-litre American oak rum cask within historic Hangar 17.

This unique maturation allows the clean, elegant profile of our northern Tasmanian spirit to marry seamlessly with the heavy, unpasteurised molasses and sweet characteristic of modern Australian rum.

COLOUR: Deep golden.

NOSE: Light, sweet, and bright. Fresh citrus zest is layered with vanilla and maple syrup. Beneath the tropical sweetness, subtle notes of light oak and rum add depth and complexity.

PALATE: Smooth and full-bodied, this whisky balances its rich malt character with the gentle influence of the rum cask. Flavours of toffee, golden syrup, and baked pear intertwine with warming notes of rum.

FINISH: Warm and elegantly sweet. Lingering notes of vanilla fudge, toasted oak, soft spice, and tropical fruit create a harmonious finish, balancing the sweetness of the rum cask with the classic character of a fine single malt.
