Full life maturation of over 5 years in 2 beautiful 100 ltr SA Cooperage tawny casks. Cask C-067 and Cask C-070 that were filled on 19/10/2017 and emptied early 2023. No finishing, no playing around with, just 2 excellent casks that let the flavour do the talking.
