The Off Season

Embrace winter with The Off Season, a hands-on experience where you fill and label your own bottle of whisky directly from a special Off Season cask. This carefully selected cask is designed to be enjoyed slowly, in the colder months.

You’ll sample the whisky straight from the barrel before filling, sealing, registering, and labelling your own 100ml bottle to take home.

The experience also includes a Tasmanian Devil gift pack – featuring a jar of whisky marmalade or whisky mustard – from our neighbours at Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company. From each pack sold, a contribution is made to the Save the Tasmanian Devil Appeal.

The Off Season hand-fill experience is $50 and includes one 100ml hand-filled bottle and a Tasmanian Devil gift pack.

Booking your Off Season experience

The Off Season hand-fill can be enjoyed in a few different ways. You can add the fill experience to a guided tour or tasting, or book the hand-fill on its own.

If you select the fill-only option, your experience includes sampling the whisky from the barrel and filling, sealing, registering, and labelling your own 100ml bottle. This option does not include a guided tour or structured tasting. To include a tour and or tasting, choose your preferred tour or tasting option and add the Off Season hand-fill as an additional service during booking.
