Step into Launceston Distillery’s winter tale at Hangar 17, where history meets spirit.
Savour an incredible tasting and explore the heart of the Distillery before the option to fill your own bottle of whisky. Drawing from a special Off Season cask, you’ll sample the whisky directly from the barrel before filling, sealing, registering, and labelling your own 100ml bottle. To complete the fill your own bottle experience, take home an engraved Launceston Distillery Glencairn glass as a perfect memento of your visit.

The Off Season Options
Guided Tasting – $15 per person for 20 minutes
Tour and Tasting – $20 per person for 1 hour
Fill your own 100ml bottle, includes an engraved Launceston Distillery Glencairn glass – $50

We’re open Monday to Saturday, with tours running from 10am to 3pm and the cellar door open from 10am to 4pm.
