During Whisky Week 2017, we teamed up with the Tasmanian Whisky Academy and hosted “Secrets of the Art”, in Hangar 17.
Over the day, the participants learnt how we established the Distillery and were shown how our whisky is made.
This included filling a small Tawny cask with new make spirit that was distilled that day.
The matured whisky from this single cask has been bottled at 46% alcohol.
This limited edition of 40 bottles was released to celebrate the 2020 Tasmanian Whisky Week.
All bottles were sold during Whisky Week 2020.
