Drawing from a special Off Season cask, you’ll sample the whisky directly from the barrel before filling, sealing, registering, and labelling your own 100ml bottle.
The experience also includes a Tasmanian Devil gift pack – featuring a jar of whisky marmalade or whisky mustard – from our neighbours at Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company. From each pack sold, a contribution is made to the Save the Tasmanian Devil Appeal.
