This smooth, smoky whisky was distilled using a mix of Tasmanian malt barley and richly peated Scottish malt. This single malt was aged in a mixture of bourbon and tawny casks to give it a lovely fruity nose yet peaty palate.
Just like Angus, it is Tasmanian made with Scottish bloodlines.
