This distinctive whisky was matured in American oak bourbon casks and non-chill filtered to retain depth of character. With captivating fragrant aromas and characteristic bourbon-influenced flavours, it has a mellow and lingering finish on the palate.
Our casks are made by local coopers from carefully selected American oak barrels previously used to age bourbon.
