Embrace winter with The Off Season, a hands-on experience where you fill and label your own bottle of whisky directly from a special Off Season cask. This carefully selected cask is designed to be enjoyed slowly, in the colder months.
You’ll sample the whisky straight from the barrel before filling, sealing, registering, and labelling your own 100ml bottle to take home.
The experience also includes a Tasmanian Devil gift pack – featuring a jar of whisky marmalade or whisky mustard – from our neighbours at Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company. From each pack sold, a contribution is made to the Save the Tasmanian Devil Appeal.
The Off Season hand-fill experience is $50 and includes one 100ml hand-filled bottle and a Tasmanian Devil gift pack.
Booking your Off Season experience
The Off Season hand-fill is booked as its own experience.
If you would like to explore the distillery further, you can add a guided tour or guided tasting as an additional service during the booking process.
