Over approximately 30 minutes, our team will lead you through a curated tasting of our Tasmanian single malt whiskies, explaining the influence of different cask types — from Apera to Bourbon, Peated, and Tawny — on aroma, flavour, and finish.

It’s a perfect introduction for whisky lovers and newcomers alike, showcasing the depth and character that make Tasmanian whisky world-renowned.

Hand-fill and label your own bottle of whisky directly from the barrel. Drawing from a special Off Season cask, you’ll sample the whisky straight from the barrel before filling, sealing, registering, and labelling your own 100ml bottle.

This carefully selected cask is designed to be enjoyed slowly through the colder months.

The experience also includes a Tasmanian devil gift pack, featuring a jar of whisky marmalade or whisky mustard, from our neighbours at Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company. From each pack sold, a contribution is made to the Save the Tasmanian Devil Appeal.
