Created exclusively for Tasmanian Whisky Week, this limited release celebrates Australian craftsmanship from start to finish.

Distilled from 100% Tasmanian malted barley and pure northern Tasmanian river water, our single malt spent its entire maturation in a 50-litre American oak rum cask inside historic Hangar 17. The smaller cask encourages a deeper interaction between spirit and oak, creating remarkable depth while allowing the character of both whisky and rum to shine.

Matured entirely within Australia, this release brings together the clean, elegant style of our northern Tasmanian single malt with the rich, unpasteurised molasses character and gentle sweetness of modern Australian rum. The result is a distinctive whisky that showcases how two uniquely Australian traditions can come together in perfect balance.

Our fifth Winter Solstice release celebrates the shortest day of the year and the beauty of the Tasmanian winter. Crafted in honour of the solstice, this limited release captures the essence of long, dark nights and deepening cold through a bold and warming peated single malt.

Matured in a combination of Topaque and Tawny casks, Winter Solstice 5 brings together rich fortified wine character and the distinctive peat smoke that has become a hallmark of the series. Layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate and gentle spice lead to a long, smoky finish, creating the perfect dram to enjoy beside a bonfire or at a festive winter gathering.
